Belinda Johnson CPA PA is a well-established minority woman-owned independent accounting firm registered in the state as a NC HUB Vendor. The Professional Association was established in 2006, and later incorporated in January of 2007 in the state of North Carolina. The Firm meets all requirements imposed by state, federal, and local laws including rules and regulations governing the operation of a certified public accounting firm. Our locally based Firm is key to serving our clients well. The Firm's audit practice has over 12 years of experience with the management team having 20 years of public accounting experience. The Firm operates under a well-established set of quality control procedures and extensive risk management program that addresses the needs of our clients. All team members work from our 3515 Monroe Road office located in Charlotte NC.

Major Firm audit clients are governed by GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, the Uniform Guidance and/or Agreed Upon Procedures that meet all of the scope of work requests. Our audit capabilities further include program specific audits as defined under the Uniform Guidance, and other compliance audits and attestation engagements performed as required by federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
